Finance Management System

The main challenge of this project was needs from users for faster invoicing process and capabilities of automation. We were required to build application which can process large and diverse transaction data from various sources in a safe, precise, and fast manner so that users in remote locations (mine locations) could conduct transactions despite limited internet access. Moreover, client also has the needs of automation such as auto journal, auto budget check, auto data validation, auto tax validation, auto report creation, real time status monitoring, etc.

We managed to build a solution which is being used by more than 100 users (suppliers, internal users, etc). Our solution is proven to help company achieves 55% efficiency process, which equivalent to 3000 man hours per month. Automation of repetitive tasks, streamlining processes, and reducing costs not only saves time and money but also enables employees to focus on high-value tasks that require human expertise. This can lead to increased productivity and ultimately higher profitability for the organization.
